Goat meat is a leaner, healthy alternative to beef and chicken. It has less calories per portion and a heart-healthy alternative due to lower saturated fat and cholesterol while still providing iron and plenty of protein. Our goats are pasture-raised.

Chicken

Our pasture-raised chickens are healthier than chicken that is not pasture raised. It has less fat, making the meat healthier. Pasture-raised chicken meat is also higher in iron, Omega 3, and in antioxidants. Pasture-raised eggs also have higher Omega 3s, more vitamin D, and more antioxidants.
